Congratulations — you have an accepted offer! Now, how does the home inspection process work?

THE INSPECTION PROCESS:

1st - You schedule a home inspection with Brent here.

2nd - I will send a confirmation email to you with a link to an inspection agreement and payment details. I also send confirmation emails to your buyers agent and the sellers listing agent. I always answer your questions!

3rd - I inspect your home. I always recommend you attend the inspection and ask questions as we go.

4th - We will review the inspection findings on-site, answering any questions you may have.

5th - I will complete the report and action list within 36 hours. It will be emailed to you and your agent.

6th - You review the report and then discuss with your agent. You can ask me any questions you may have.
